Who is responsible for your data

Check Your Clinic is operated by NexWell (legal entity: NEXWELL GLOBAL SOLUTIONS FZCO). For any question about your data, write to info@thenexwell.com.

This site is business-to-business. We collect contact information from clinics and their staff — we do not collect patient data or health information.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the request form: clinic name, website, country/city, primary treatment area, target market, your name, role, business email, optional phone/WhatsApp, package selection, and any note you add.

We do not use tracking cookies to build an advertising profile of you. A conversion event is recorded when you submit the form, for our own measurement of how the form performs.

How we use it

To review your request, prepare Free Check or Pro Audit, and get back to you — normally within one working day.

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside the tools needed to deliver the audit (for example, email delivery).

How long we keep it

We keep your request data only as long as needed to respond to it and, if you become a client, for the duration of that relationship.

Your rights

Depending on where you're based, you may have rights under GDPR (EU/EEA) or KVKK (Türkiye) to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Write to info@thenexwell.com and we'll act on it.

If you're in the EU/EEA and believe your data has been handled incorrectly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
